Dunk'd Cookie Bar
Merch Design

THE BRIEF
Louise founded Dunk'd Cookie Bar to bring NYC-style cookies to the good people of Salisbury - chunky, indulgent, and absolutely worth the queue. Business was growing, the community was building, and Louise was ready to take the next step: custom merch to sell alongside her cookies at markets and online. She came to me needing a t-shirt design that captured the fun, vibrant personality of Dunk'd and gave her customers something to rally around.
THE WORK
Louise already had some rough ideas sketched out in Canva - including a “rubber hose” style cookie mascot that had real potential but needed some love. I took her illustration, made it bold, added texture and personality, and gave it the glow-up it deserved. Rather than starting from scratch, I refined what she'd already imagined and built a full range of concepts around it - using Dunk'd's existing dusky pink alongside bold typefaces, fun layouts and layered textures to keep everything feeling cohesive and vibrant.
Louise had originally briefed one design. I delivered five concepts. She loved them so much she ended up commissioning two final designs instead of one - which is always a good sign!
THE OUTCOME
Both designs were produced into high quality merch and are now sold online and at Dunk'd's market stalls alongside the cookies. Louise posted the designs on her social channels to a brilliant response - and when I bumped into her at one of her markets not long after, she excitedly told me she'd already sold a t-shirt. For a merch debut, there's no better review than that.
“Working with Lils was an absolute pleasure. From the start, she understood the brief and my vision, even when my thoughts were a little jumbled. I trusted her with the process and was so impressed with the multiple designs she created for my T-shirt that it was genuinely hard to choose just one. I would highly recommend Lils to anyone looking for merch design or branding support.”
